Congratulations EHS Eagle Band!
It was an exciting October 24th night as our marching band performed it's final competition at the Milton High School Invitational. Those of us who attended were certainly impressed by the beautiful Milton School, but were even more impressed by how great our band performed. They have certainly benefited this year under the direction of Mr. Foxworth, Mrs. Jacobsen, Mr. Johnson & all of the additional music staff. We are very proud to announce that our band received Excellent rankings in the areas of Percussion, Color Guard, & overall Band. The ratings were Color Guard-2, Percussion-1, Overall Band-1. We applaude all our band members for their hard work & dedication this past year. Thanks to all our parents who came out & suppored our students & to all the parents, who helped out with food, chaperoning, pit crew, photography & encouraging our students.
We honored our Seniors this past Friday, October 23rd at our Football game & we feel privileged to have been a part of our 19 Seniors time with the band. They are an extremely bright & hardworking group of students & we wish them all the best of luck. Pictures of Senior night can be viewed on the Photo Gallery.
Congratulations to our band on their excellent performance on Saturday, October 10th at the Creekview Competion! Our band scored 1 in Color Guard, Drum Major, and Percussion sections with an overall band score of 1 in the AA Class & won the Silver Division Band Award for the A & AA Class.
