Payments
Please make all checks payable to EHS Band or contact Mr. Long to make other arrangements.
Methods of Payment:
Mail: Check, cash, or money order to EHS Band Boosters, 1025 Rose Creek Drive, Suite 620 – 121, Woodstock, GA 30189
QuickBooks Bank Transfer: We can send you your invoice and use the Pay Now link. This will as you for your Bank Account Number and Routing number listed at the bottom of a check. This does not add any transaction fee and works like a digital check.
Square Site (Online Store): Square Site Click Shop Now, navigate to Marching Band Fees, select the category your student falls into, then select the payment you are making, finally check out like you would on any online store. This method does add 3.5% transaction fee.
If you are paying via the Square site please keep this in mind: We have added a 3.5% service fee to the band dues to cover the transaction fees charged to the band program. If we must refund any money paid through that method, we will not be able to refund the 3.5% transaction fee and will only refund the band fee as listed in the Payment Schedule.
